Delivery & Returns

We now have fulfilment centres both in the UK and the EU, which means faster delivery times for our EU customers.  All UK orders will be shipped from within the UK, and where possible, all EU and international orders will be shipped from Germany. Where this is not possible, EU orders will be shipped from the UK. No import VAT will be charged to the customer. This will be covered by the cost of the order and collected by ourselves to submit through the IOSS, as per new rules introduced on 1st July.

For this reason, we have set a maximum order price of £135 on the website, to simplify the import process into the EU.

Multiple orders can be placed instead. Alternatively, if you wish to place an order over this limit, please email support@earthsnurture.co.uk and we can assist.

Here at Earth’s Nurture, we’re confident that you’ll love our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with them, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on used or unused products. Simply return them to the below address for a full refund. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your local post office when returning the item(s).
